For information on your case you must contact the Attorney General's Child Support Division directly.

Our office is only the keeper of the records. To report changes of employer, or to request a review of your case, you must contact an the Attorney General's Office, or retain an attorney.


Requesting Payment History

If your case was filed prior to 1997, you will need to contact our Record's Department for your payment history. All Other Cases Please refer to the Attorney General's Child Support Interactive Site for more information.

 


Employer's Order of Withholding

 

If you are needing to start or stop payments being withheld from your paycheck in accordance with your current child support order, you will need to submit an Request for Employer's Order of Withholding (EOW). When you have completed and submitted this document, we will prepare a certified copy of your support order and forward it to the employer you specify. In most cases it is best to have the documents sent to the attention of the Payroll or Human Resources Department of your employer.

The fee for this service is $15.00, payable by cashiers check, or money order (Cash in person). The request can be mailed to:
